Everything at Ancolie is packed in glass jars (even the beverages) and Chloe has become a quiet force in the greening of the restaurant industry, showing that not everything has to be packaged in disposables. She attended the Institute of Culinary Education and worked at Eleven Madison Park. She’s a successful carrier switcher, too. having worked in finance for a decade.
